Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over €80. Below that amount, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Production and Delivery Times

Every piece is 3D-printed to order — we don't keep mass stock ready to ship. Total delivery time has two parts:

Production: 3 to 4 business days
Shipping: varies by destination and carrier (see below)

You'll receive a confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.

Carrier

Shipments are handled through Packlink, which selects the most suitable carrier for each order. This means the exact transit time may vary — for mainland Portugal, usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch; for other European Union countries, 3 to 7 business days. These ranges are a guide, not a guarantee — the exact time is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Zones

We ship to Portugal (mainland) and the rest of the European Union. If your destination doesn't appear at checkout, contact us before buying so we can confirm whether it's possible.

Delays, Damage or Loss

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected time, arrives damaged, or gets lost in transit, contact us: cantinholimart@gmail.com. In these cases the responsibility is ours — we'll sort it out with you, so you don't have to chase the carrier on your own.
