1. Seller Identification

Cantinho LimArt is operated by Luis Silva, Portuguese tax number (NIF) 250775522, located at Avenida da Estrada 31, 4705-480 Braga, Portugal. Contact: cantinholimart@gmail.com.

2. Products

The products sold are 3D-printed, made to order or from available stock, as indicated on each product page. Images are representative — small variations in texture or shade are normal in the 3D printing process and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and do not include VAT, as Cantinho LimArt currently operates under the exemption scheme set out in Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code. Prices may change without prior notice, but a change never affects orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through the methods available at the store's checkout. An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been confirmed.

5. Production and Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (carriers) or by force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that, by law, cannot be waived by contract — in particular the rights under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 and the legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — photographs, texts, logo — is the property of Cantinho LimArt and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, you can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or the Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the court of the consumer's domicile has jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
